I appreciated the code access for both the room and the building-it added a cool touch of convenience.

The plumbing was a real headache. It made loud noises whenever anyone used water, disruptive. I also ran into issues with the hot water supply that left me waiting for a decent shower. The bathroom setup wasn't ideal, especially with a frosted glass door that didn't close well and the shower showing signs of rust. It felt more like an apartment than a full-service hotel since there's no consistent staff presence, and the limited reception hours made it tough when issues arose. The lack of sound insulation meant external factors disrupted my peace, disappointing.

Modern studio suite, exceptionally comfortable beds. Nice bathroom, and central heating, an iron and cable TV. Location - marvellous and brilliant, close enough to the city center as well as most things. Also, to bars restaurants trams...

The double room is gorgeous and has central heating, an iron and television. An excellent restaurant for dinner is available.

Stylish, spacious, stylish

This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations! The Beautiful Double Room was spacious, with a cozy and comfortable environment perfect. I loved the modern decor and the fact that the hotel boasts a prime location just steps from the vibrant shops and cafes on Vitosha Boulevard.

The loud noises from the plumbing system every time anyone used water were downright disruptive. The limited front desk hours meant I struggled to find assistance when issues arose, leaving me feeling unattended and stressed.

I enjoyed the fantastic location of R34 Boutique. It sits close to Vitosha Boulevard. The modern decor in the room was a lovely bonus, and I appreciated having effective Wi-Fi throughout my stay. The absence of breakfast on-site was also disappointing since it would have been nice to enjoy a meal without needing to venture out. All in all, the location and modern design make it worth considering, but be prepared for some noise issues.

Staying at r34 boutique was a fantastic choice. The beautiful double room was spacious with great storage and a modern bathroom. It's perfect location close to a lot of tourist spots, and the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch that added to the comfort of my stay.

Great location near Vitosha Boulevard made exploring easy! The rooms were stylish, and self-check-in meant we could arrive anytime. We visited the Ivan Vazov Theater and a nearby cafe that had fantastic coffee. Perfect for a group trip with good value for money.

One downside was the limited front desk hours, tricky to get help when we needed it.

It was just an ideal choice for a lightning trip in Sofia with very nice value for money. The self-check-in process was smooth and made arriving easy. Be sure to explore the local cafes for breakfast options.

Cozy room with a fantastic location

I stayed for 4 nights in a Superior Studio, and I loved how spacious and well-designed it was. The hotel was conveniently located near Vitosha Boulevard. The Wi-Fi connection was poor, difficult to work .

The hotel is in an absolutely perfect location near a metro station. the unit is gorgeous and modern, with simple design and lovely technical gadgets. the bathroom is decent. the property is fairly clean and offers a modern experience.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated, plus the bed was really comfortable. 😊
